Purpose-Led Strategy

Maria Brett facilitates the process for organisations to develop a purpose-led Strategic Plan.

  • The Basic Strategic Planning Package includes a a review of your current strategic plan, consultation meetings to prepare for the strategy workshop, a 1-day facilitated workshop for up to 20 people, and a written strategic plan capturing the outcomes.  
  • Further consultation meetings, implementation review meetings and one-to-one advice available in the Standard and Premium  Strategic Planning packages.

Purposeful Planning

A facilitated planning process to implement your organisation's purpose and strategy through team and individual plans

This facilitated planning process begins by exploring team members’ personal and work purposes.  The team is then supported to develop plans to develop and implement the organisation’s purpose and strategy at the team and individual level.


  • Pre-workshop consultation meeting with senior management
  • A one-day facilitated planning workshop
  • 2 x 90-minute team coaching sessions to support implementation
  • A 90-minute review session 6 months after completion of the planning process
